Mentor/Personal Adviser (PA)support

Mentors and PAs will work with you to help you overcome barriers that may be preventing you from progressing. We will continue to work with and support you for as long as you need us to. You will receive information, advice and guidance based on what you tell us your needs are and what is best for you.

We will liaise with providers on your behalf and to arrange programmes that are of interest to you, and if the training or career taster does not exit, we will work with you and the Black Country Impact Team to create the programme.
