Employability – Preparation for the World of Work 

An interactive employability programme designed to support participants to develop their skills and knowledge in preparation for entering the world of work.

Duration: 2 week course – 4 days a week

Delivery: Delivery: Face-to face & virtual

Combined First Aid, SIA & CCTV 

A combined programme of First Aid, SIA & CCTV at Level 2. It has been designed to give participants the qualifications and skills to work in the Security Industry.

Duration: 11 day course

Delivery: Face-to-face in West Bromwich

First Aid at Work

This will be delivered either as a 1-2-1 or to  small group of no larger than 3 participants.

Duration: 1 day

Delivery: Face-to-face in Smethwick

Transition Support for Migrants & Other Vulnerable Young People

This programme has been designed to meet the needs of migrant and vulnerable groups particularly those aged 16 and 18 who are NEET and require targeted support to progress into positive outcomes.

Duration: Five hours a day, three days a week for up to 40 weeks.

Delivery: Face-to-face in West Bromwich

Activities for NEET Young People in Sandwell

A programmes of high quality, engaging and innovative activities. It will comprise 50/50 classroom/external activities using structured and informal learning opportunities, engaging and supporting young people in making informed decisions about career/education progression choices.

Duration: 1 month. Five hours a day for three days per week.

Delivery: Face-to-face

Introduction to Self -Employment Programme

A programme covering Introductions to Self-Employment, Is Self-Employment right for me?, Pros and cons of self-employment and barriers to Self-Employment

Duration: 2 days

Delivery: Face-to-face in Halesowen
