Why We May Need To Contact You

Connexions Sandwell has a statutory duty, on behalf of the government, to collect and record whether young people who live in Sandwell  are in in education, training or employment.

We do this until their 19th birthday (or 25th birthday for SEND young people).

We may contact you or your child to ask for this information. This could be via phone, e-mail, letter, text or a home visit.

If they are not in education, training or employment, we will offer them support in finding something.

If you want to let us know what their current situation is or id they need support, please get in touch.

To find out more about why we collect your information, what we do with your information, how you can access your information, your personal information rights, how and to whom to raise a complaint about your information, visit Sandwell MBC’s privacy notice page
