The Local Offer

To help the Council achieve its vision for children and young people in Sandwell with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), the Local Authority has produced the Local Offer.

The local offer sets out the support available for children and young people in Sandwell with SEND.

The Local Offer gives information about:

• The support and provision available for SEND young people
• How to access this
• How provision is made more responsive to local needs and aspirations by directly involving SEND young people, their parents/carers and service providers in its development
