A Higher Apprenticeships is equivalent of a foundation degree.They are an alternative to university, offering qualifications up to degree level, no tuition fees and the opportunity to earn while learning. Higher apprentices work towards a work-based learning qualification such as an NVQ Level 4. In some cases they may work towards a knowledge-based qualification. This may be a foundation degree, a HND, or an undergraduate degree. Applicants should have level 3 qualifications (A-levels, for example) or have completed an advanced apprenticeship. |
